About the Job
As an Associate Product Manager for Internal Products at Lamasoo, you will work closely with our product management team to drive the development and enhancement of our internal software tools and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-impact solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable our teams to work more effectively. The Associate Product Manager role serves as a stepping stone to various career paths within our organization. By demonstrating your abilities and excelling at your responsibilities, you will be able to take on greater responsibilities, such as leading larger product initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap for internal tools and systems, aligning them with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Work closely with internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that products meet their needs.

Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant insights into product development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.

Advocate for a user-centered design approach, working with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly internal products.

Make data-driven decisions using data and analytics to measure the performance of internal products.

Communication: Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, and gather feedback to drive product improvements.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or an MBA graduate).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
Prior experience in product management or related roles is a plus.
Familiarity with internal business processes and tools is a plus.
