As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll architect, build, test, and automate development and deployment infrastructure. Ideally, you have 2+ years of experience in infrastructure security and monitoring in a fast paced environment.
Like the early days of the Internet, blockchain technology faces complex new infrastructure challenges. But, like so many DevOps engineers before you, you must lean into the friction and help this technology to find a path forward.

Responsibilities:
- Automate operational and server provisioning workflows using Terraform/Ansible
- Share the responsibility for deploying releases and conducting other operations maintenance.
- Communicate with rest of the Engineering for rolling out broad changes.
- Enhance in-house Platform-as-a-Service tool for microservices, and make it available to be used by engineering organization for CI/CD, infrastructure automation.
- Enhance operations infrastructure such as Jenkins, Gitlab, monitoring tools (Prometheus), metrics tools such as Graphite/Grafana, Logging & Analytics tools.
- Provide operational support for Engineering Teams as part of weekly on-call rotation.
- Establish and maintain operational best practices.
Skills and Requirements:
- 2+ or more years of experience in DevOps, Configuration Management and Engineering for large scale websites, ideally supporting an Agile development process
- Deep understanding of version control systems (git), including branching and merging strategies.
- Prior experience working with software build tools (npm, pip, godep) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins) is a plus.
- Experience supporting a C++, Go and node based applications in a production environments.
- Experience with Linux environments and scripting languages such as bash or python.
- Experience in logging, metrics, monitoring & alerting tools such as ELK or Prometheus and Alertmanager.
- Experience in containers and container Orchestration platforms such Docker, Docker Registry, Kubernetes is a plus.
- You are adept at identifying ways to improve infrastructure using automated solutions and to make them more reliable.
