شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a seasoned lead product manager with a strong background in fintech to spearhead our product development initiatives and achieve remarkable milestones.

Responsibilities:

Spearheading, mentoring, and supporting product managers while fostering seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Crafting compelling product strategies and roadmaps to guide our product's trajectory.
Producing and meticulously reviewing product requirements documents (PRDs) to ensure clear and concise specifications.
Deftly translating product strategy and vision into detailed requirements and prototypes, translating abstract ideas into tangible solutions.
Orchestrating product launches in tandem with the marketing, operations, and product management teams, ensuring a coordinated and impactful rollout.
Embodying the role of a product evangelist, actively promoting and fostering understanding of our products among stakeholders.
Representing the company by engaging directly with customers, gathering valuable feedback to refine our offerings.
Vigilantly ensuring that our products address customer and business challenges, operating seamlessly in production, and upholding scalability, reliability, performance, and business goals.
Proactively identifying and rectifying inefficiencies in product management tools, processes, and workflows, streamlining operations.
Conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences.
Cultivating close partnerships with engineering teams to expedite product development timelines and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in product management within the fintech, payment, or a closely related domain.
Proven expertise in navigating the intricacies of P2P market dynamics and cryptocurrency exchange platforms.
Adept technical understanding and the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
Exceptional documentation and communication skills, ensuring clear and concise articulation of ideas.
A demonstrated history of managing stakeholders and effectively leading teams.
A keen interest in cultivating and nurturing the growth of innovative products.
