Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a fair and inclusive workplace.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues and resolve employee relations matters.
Oversee performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist with at least 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of English, both written and verbal.
