Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Senior ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and systems to improve our platform's functionality and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize machine learning algorithms.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and systems to solve complex business problems.
Work closely with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Build scalable and efficient pipelines for data processing, feature engineering, and model training.
Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance and scalability.
Experiment with different model architectures and hyperparameters to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate model performance in production and implement necessary improvements.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and related fields.

Requirements:

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Proven experience as a ML Engineer with at least 4 years of experience.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
High level of English, both written and verbal.
