Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions to enhance our platform's performance and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build machine learning models, and derive actionable insights.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and identify trends/patterns.
  • Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, and related fields.

Requirements:


  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High level of English, both written and verbal.
