شرح موقعیت شغلی

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pre-assess tenders and prepare checklists for the documents needed
  • Assist sales & marketing departments to collect information needed for technical and financial proposals
  • Assist sales & marketing team to improve the company bid in tenders
  • Prepare technical and financial proposals for tenders
  • Assess tenders feed-backs in order to take corrective actions to improve the process
  • Assist in implementation of advertising activities such as attending exhibitions.

 Previous Experience:
  At least 1 year of experience in similar role or administrative positions
 * Having experience in B2B sales & marketing is an advantage.
Fresh-graduates from top universities are also welcome to apply without any work experience.
 
 Requirements/Skills:

  • University degree in engineering/management/marketing
  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good team-work
  • Organized personality
*Being familiar with Photoshop and AutoCAD is an advantage.

Working days/hours:
Sat-Wed, 8:00-17:00
