The Role:
Main Responsibilities:
· Pre-assess tenders and prepare checklists for the documents needed
· Cooperate with procurement and engineering departments to collect information needed for technical and financial proposals
· Negotiate with customers in order to improve the company bid in tenders
· Sourcing and establishing effective partnership with vendors and manufacturers.
· Prepare technical and financial proposals for tenders
· Assess tenders feedbacks in order to take corrective actions to improve the process
· Evaluating the sales KPIs and report them to top management
Reporting to: Business Development Manager
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel inside or outside country
Requirements:
University Qualifications:
- BSc degree in electronics/telecom engineering or equivalent.
Previous Experience:
- 3 to 5 years working in Industrial/ Oil & Gas project environment
(Fresh-graduates from top universities are also welcome to apply)
- Having B2B sales experience through tenders is a must
Specialist Knowledge:
Thorough understanding and/ or hands on experience of all or some of below systems:
Telecommunication Systems (LAN, PABX, Radio, SDH, Maritime Navigation, ...)
Safety Systems (PAGA, F&G, ...)
Security Systems (CCTV, AISS, IDS, ACS, ...)
Other Skills:
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Highly self-motivated and target-oriented
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and AutoCAD.
- Committed to the corporate policies and standards
- Team working characteristics and ability to work under pressure
Language skills: Must be fluent in English
