شرح موقعیت شغلی

List of responsibilities:
- Initiating market research studies or analyzing the findings focusing on Oil and Gas market
- Design seminars and marketing events using the companies CRM tool
- Gather appropriate data for market leads to extract relevant opportunities
- Identifying target markets.
- Identifying the client/costumer.
- Identifying new projects.
- Apply for required certificates and grading based on defined marketing strategies
- Managing the customer relationship and customer satisfaction.
- Doing publicity for the company.
- Coordinating the presentation sessions.
- Updating customer's approved vendor lists
- Follow up Follow up Follow up.

Reporting to: CEO.

Subordinates: Marketing Assistant.

Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.

Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday 8:00-17:00, Wednesdays 8:00-16:00.

Travel requirements: Frequent traveling within the country.

Requirements

- Strong ability to plan, delegate, follow-up and communicate.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Management, MBA or fields related to Electronics, Computer or Telecommunication
- Min 6 years of relevant experience at least 2 years of marketing experience
- Bachelor or Master Degree from top universities in Iran

Language Requirement:

- Must be fluent in English

Specialist knowledge:

- Financial Analysis/Statistics
- Familiar with making reports with software such as MS Office, MSP, ...
- Familiar with Oil and Gas Market

Other Skills:

- Strong ability to plan, delegate and communicate.
- Leadership ability.
- Ability to train others.
- Professional presentation skills.
- Have ability to work with team.
