-Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of abroad marketing and distribution. -Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. -Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction. -Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. -Provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, design, and pricing of company products or services. -Digital marketing, content creation and management of online shop. -Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs. -Implement advertising activities such as attending exhibitions, place billboards -Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services -Identify projects in target with sales plan -Develop annual marketing plan -Reporting to: CEO *Probation: 3 Months Travel requirements: Occasional travel within/outside the country
Requirements
-B.S. in Commercial Management, Marketing, Electronics, IT from Top Universities -At least 3 years of related experience in marketing for a foreign company or overseas marketing -Must be fluent in English (Knowledge of German language is an advantage) -Knowledge of Microsoft office as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint -Thorough understanding and/ or hands on experience of all or some of below systems: -Telecom -F&G -Instrumentation -Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, and digital marketing is an advantage -Expert in market research -Highly self-motivated -Good public relations -Ability to work extra days/ hours
