-Pre-assess tenders and prepare checklists for the documents needed -Cooperate with procurement and engineering departments to collect information needed for technical and financial proposals -Negotiate with customers in order to improve the company bid in tenders -Sourcing and establishing effective partnership with vendors and manufacturers. -Prepare technical and financial proposals for tenders -Assess tenders feedbacks in order to take corrective actions to improve the process -Develop the products in the market -Find quality sources -Evaluating the sales KPIs and report them to top management. *Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday 8:00 a.m. - 17:00 p.m. / Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.- 16:00 p.m.. *Travel requirements: Occasional travel inside or outside country.
Requirements
-BSc degree in Electronics/Telecom/Computer(software/hardware) engineering or equivalent -3 to 5 years working in Industrial/ Oil & Gas project environment (Fresh-graduates from top universities are also welcome to apply) -Having B2B sales experience through tenders is a must -Ability to meet deadlines -Highly self-motivated and target-oriented -Familiar with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and AutoCAD -Committed to the corporate policies and standards -Team working characteristics and ability to work under pressure -Must be fluent in English -Thorough understanding and/ or hands on experience of all or some of below systems: •Telecommunication Systems (LAN, PABX, Radio, SDH, Maritime Navigation) •Safety Systems (PAGA, F&G) •Security Systems (CCTV, AISS, IDS, ACS)
