شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our customer base for our Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. If you have a passion for sales, are results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to identify potential customers for our SaaS product.
Qualify leads through effective communication, understanding their needs, and determining their fit with our solutions.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings and product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
Employ active listening skills to understand customer pain points and present how our SaaS products can address their unique challenges.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Fluency in English language.
Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but we are also open to motivated candidates with no prior sales experience.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.
Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage leads and sales activities efficiently.
A team player who can collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments.
