We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an integral part of our growth strategy, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base for our Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. If you are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are dedicated to delivering results, we want to connect with you!

Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound prospecting efforts to identify potential customers interested in our SaaS product.
Assess leads through effective communication, understanding their requirements, and evaluating their compatibility with our solutions.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to arrange meetings and product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
Utilize active listening techniques to comprehend customer pain points and demonstrate how our SaaS products can address their unique challenges.
Maintain precise and current records of all prospect interactions using our CRM system.
Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English.
Sales experience is advantageous, but we welcome motivated individuals with no prior sales background.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits.
Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a relentless drive to surpass targets.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to manage leads and sales activities efficiently.
A team player who thrives on collaboration with sales teams and other departments.
