We in KIFPOOL.ME are seeking a highly skilled QA Test Engineer to join our dynamic Cross-Functional team. This role is designed for a professional who thrives with minimal supervision, excels in software quality assurance, and can independently identify and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute assigned tasks with minimal direct oversight, ensuring high-quality results.
Resolve ambiguities without altering the core task structures or methodologies.
Make informed decisions and define actions that align with project timelines, budgets, and structures.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, requiring minimal oversight for upstream and downstream impacts.
Contribute to process improvements and modifications.
Build and expand professional relationships across and outside the team.
Deliver consistently high-quality work and seek/offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Write readable, testable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices.
Apply the test pyramid principles to write unit tests and higher-level tests with guidance.
Systematically troubleshoot and debug software issues.
Handle delegated tasks efficiently without supervision on routine activities.
Share knowledge with teammates and enhance team documentation.
Take accountability for assigned tasks, ensuring optimal outcomes with appropriate guidance.
Provide and accept feedback to refine problem-solving approaches and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Approximately 3 years of professional experience in software testing or a similar role.
Strong grasp of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proven ability to write clear, maintainable code.
Experience in unit testing and automation frameworks.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and systematic debugging proficiency.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to knowledge sharing.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented work ethic.

Technical Skills:

Manual Testing: Proficiency in test case documentation and execution.
Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JMeter, or similar.
API Testing: Familiarity with tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
Test Management: Proficient with platforms like JIRA, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.
CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration/delivery using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
Performance Testing: Experience with tools like LoadRunner.
Programming: Ability to write automation scripts in Python or JavaScript.
Security Testing: Familiarity with concepts and tools like OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.
