Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master/Product Lead Assistant to support our product and engineering teams by facilitating agile processes, ensuring smooth collaboration, and driving progress on product goals.


Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation:

 • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

 • Manage meeting schedules, take detailed notes, and track tasks in Jira/GitLab.

OKR & Progress Tracking:

 • Monitor team OKRs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

 • Track engineer tasks and address blockers to ensure timely delivery.

Team Coordination:

 • Coordinate cross-squad and tribe meetings to ensure alignment on product goals.

 • Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to achieve seamless execution.

Product Monitoring:

 • Oversee product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

 • Report on delivery progress, feature updates, and timelines to stakeholders.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

 • Prepare performance and sprint reports, analyze team capacity, and suggest improvements.

 • Foster a culture of learning and optimization within teams.

Multi-Project Management:

 • Manage multiple product initiatives, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.


Required Skills & Tools

 • Strong knowledge of agile principles and Scrum framework.

 • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab, MetaBase, Miro).

 • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

 • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and backlog prioritization.
