Job Description:

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, with a particular focus on performance and affiliate marketing. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing and managing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media advertising) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Building and nurturing relationships with affiliates, networks, and partners to expand our affiliate marketing program.
- Analyzing campaign performance and leveraging data to optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, sales) to create cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
- Staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance and affiliate marketing to continually improve our approach.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on performance and affiliate marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
