شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position: Performance Marketer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth across all digital marketing channels. You will need to have a proven track record of successful campaign management, optimization and analysis, with a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Email marketing, SMS Ads, and others.
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that will increase traffic, drive conversions and revenue growth.
Continuously analyze campaign data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure campaigns are delivering positive ROI.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create and launch high-converting landing pages and ads.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing campaigns across various channels.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, GTM, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
