Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Pasdaran,Tehran

Company Overview:

Khanesarmaye is a financial company which active in financial education and help students to learn and  trade easily. We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team and lead the development of our platform. Our app is built on Flutter and Laravel, so the ideal candidate should have experience with both technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our trade app platform
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize development initiatives
  • Manage and mentor the development team to ensure high-quality output
  • Develop and implement technical strategies that align with the company's overall business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Ensure that the platform is scalable, secure, and reliable
Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a CTO or similar leadership position
  • Experience with Flutter and Laravel development
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing development teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
