Job Description:
We seek a versatile Scrum Master who is not just a facilitator for our software development teams but also a catalyst for Agile transformation across our entire organization. This role involves working with multiple teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to implement and optimize Agile practices, enhance workflow efficiencies, and drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure effective execution of projects.
- Work with different departments to tailor Agile methodologies to their unique operational needs.
- Support the adoption of Agile tools and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress and promote an environment conducive to timely and quality project delivery.
- Act as a coach and mentor to teams and individuals in Agile practices and mindset.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and organizational leaders to enhance and synchronize Agile practices across the company.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role with experience facilitating project management across multiple teams or departments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.) are highly desirable.
