Khanesarmaye is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that drive our company's growth. We're looking for a creative and analytical mind who is not only passionate about marketing but also has a deep understanding of the financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
- Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ methods and strategize to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Manage and refine the organization's social media presence.
- Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI.
- Forecast market trends, identifying consumer markets and monitoring the competitor’s activity.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Strategy, and Product Management.
- Familiarity with the financial markets, with the ability to understand and predict market trends.
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking.
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices.
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
