Job Description:

We are looking for a data scientist that can turn raw data into valuable insights. Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to come up with innovative solutions to problems. Passionate about solving complex agricultural challenges using big data and deep learning.
 
Responsibilities:

  •  Dive deep into data and provide patterns and insights that are actionable
  •  Development of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical models and solutions using Python.
  •  Creative approach for solving complex challenges
  •  Collecting necessary datasets 
  •  Keep up with and apply new methods in computer vision and deep learning
  •  Document all code and approach
 Skills:

  •  Fluent in English
  •  Commercial or academic experience in developing ML & AI solutions using Python.
  •  In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms.
  •  Experience with applied statistics and quantitative modeling (e.g. regression, survival analysis, segmentation, experimentation, and machine learning)
  •  Deep understanding of advanced SQL techniques
  •  Demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into clear recommendations and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical team members
  •  Curiosity about the problem domain and an analytical approach
  •  Expertise with statistical techniques and their applications
  •  Masterful data storytelling and strategic thinking
  •  Passionate about domain experience in Agriculture, Remote Sensing, or SaaS
