Love to have a social impact and make farming more effective and efficient? We are here to make it easier for farmers to adopt Precision Agriculture through an interconnected system of capabilities and tools.

We care about the earth, and that is why we have invested in technology that benefits the planet. Industrialization, deforestation & pollution have greatly affected our living system. In dealing with this situation, we try to bring new, easier, and yet more productive solutions to farmers & agriculture activists, ones that not only increase the volume and quality of crop production at the farm but also pursue the goal of protecting the earth's natural heritage.

We are looking for an experienced product designer who lives to create amazing customer experience. As a member of the product team, you will contribute to discover opportunities and design solutions to address them. You will work in a culture of trust and ownership to deliver outcomes. What you’ll do

  • You will collaborate within a cross-functional team to discover the right product to build
  • You will track and optimize the whole customer journey within the product
  • You will conduct user research through interviewing or concept testing and synthesize the findings into actionable insights
  • You will share insights with the team to better understand user needs and desires
  • You will produce concepts, prototypes, and flows, knowing when to be pixel-perfect and when low-fi sketches are the right approach
  • You will be constantly testing ideas and solutions with real users and customers 
 

Who you are

  • You are curious about people using our product and willing to go out of the building to spend time with them and explore their world
  • You are a team player willing to share your skills and experience with the rest of the team and organization. You’re comfortable participating in tech discussions, and know how to get others’ input on your work
  • You are a master of visualization, love to build shared understanding through diversity of models and tools.
  • You are a lean thinker, comfortable with forming hypotheses and experimenting to prove or disprove them
  • You have excellent communication skills together with analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
