Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals. Create engaging content, including text posts, images, and videos, that effectively communicates brand messaging and drives audience engagement.
Platform Management: Manage and optimize client social media profiles across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. Stay up-to-date with platform features, algorithm changes, and industry trends to maximize reach and impact.
Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant discussions.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate content efforts and align with overall campaign goals.
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential negative online sentiment or reputation damage.
Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram best practices.
Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Fluency in English is essential.
Experience in digital marketing and branding is a plus.
