Responsibilities:

Lead frontend development using React.js for complex web applications.

Design scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.

Conduct code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Optimize frontend performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Mentor junior developers and provide guidance.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in frontend development, focusing on React.js and modern frontend technologies.

React Expertise: Proficiency in React.js, including advanced concepts like React Hooks and Context API.

JavaScript Mastery: Expert-level understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.

State Management: Experience in advanced state management using Redux or alternative libraries.

Frontend Architecture: Strong understanding of component-based architecture and module bundling.

Responsive Design: Knowledge of responsive web design principles for mobile-first applications.

UI/UX Principles: Understanding of UI/UX design principles for intuitive interfaces.

Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize frontend performance through code splitting and lazy loading.

Testing and Debugging: Proficiency in frontend testing frameworks like Jest for unit and integration testing.

Cross-Browser Compatibility: Experience ensuring consistent experiences across browsers.

Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) for accessible applications.

Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest frontend trends and tools.
