We are looking for a Social Media and PR specialist who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. This role is designed to keep us focused on the activity that really makes a difference, turning insight into great PR and social media activities that deliver results. Insightful and resourceful you will proactively build and maintain excellent relationships with the media and online influencers.
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's overall social media strategy.
Lead all social media activities to drive follower acquisition, engagement, and sentiment growth.
Create content with purpose that may directly engage customers while following brand guidelines.
Coordinate with marketing, sales and operation teams and create clear calls of action that converts engagement into sales.
Report KPIs and analyzing the performance of activities to optimize social media campaigns.
Schedule performance reporting.
Designing and running social Media campaigns.
Creating and implementing dynamic social media content strategy and content calendar.
Regularly communicate insights gained from social media monitoring to related divisions.
Research of best practice of marketing initiatives and promotions.
Act as a reliable and responsive point of contact for the Cunard press office (both reactive and proactive)
To support on crisis and issues playing an active role in an emergency response situation including supporting on reactive statements and effectively managing media enquiries
To issue and/or write and gain approval for news releases/ photo captions/ feature material/ social media posts and proactive story ideas in a timely manner as required
To build excellent relationships with all media, bloggers and influencer
Requirements :
3+ years’ experience in social media management
Being familiar with the social media industry, vendors, services, and influencers
Being familiar with best practices of content strategy and latest trends
Extensive experience of delivering high profile PR and social media campaigns with a background working either in a social media agency or an in-house PR and social media team
Experience of identifying and implementing ideas that deliver results
Experience of contributing to cross functional projects and campaigns
Experience of planning, developing and delivering PR and Social Media campaigns
Having reporting, administration, communication, and negotiation skills
Being creative, multi-task, team worker, flexible, and able to work under pressure
Having the experience of advertising through social media and knows high-effective strategies and channels
Being familiar with social media tools
Data analysis skills and statistical prowess to draw actionable insights

اوایل سال ۱۳۹۸، برای اولین بار ایده راهاندازی «کارنامه» در هلدینگ هزاردستان مطرح شد. درحال حاضر کارنامه به عنوان یکی از شرکت های مستقل هلدینگ هزاردستان در قالب یک پلتفرم آنلاین در زمینه معاملات و خدمات خودرو با هدف خلق تجربه کاربری بهتر و ایجاد اعتماد در این حوزه فعالیت میکند. کارنامه در نظر دارد تا به دستیار مطمئن ایرانیان در کارشناسی، خرید و فروش و خدمات خودرو تبدیل شود.
کارنامه در ابتدا با خدمت کارشناسی فنی خودرو کار خود را آغاز کرد. شهریور ماه سال 98، زمانی که توانستیم از اولین امتحانهای خود برای محصولاتمان سربلند بیرون بیاییم، عزم خود را جزم کردیم تا محصولات بیشتری توسعه دهیم و تبدیل شویم به پیشرو در زمینهی معاملات و خدمات آنلاین خودرو.
به همین خاطر ما برای رسیدن به هدف اصلی که ایجاد اعتماد در معاملات بود، صرفاً به خدمت کارشناسی اکتفا نکردیم؛ در سال 1399 "سرویس فروش خودرو"، در سال 1400 "سرویس خرید خودرو" به مجموعه خدمات کارنامه اضافه شد و در ادامه راه نیز سعی میکنیم با ارائه "سرویس خدمات خودرو" بیش از پیش به سمت هدف اصلی خود حرکت کنیم.
