شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description

As a Data Developer at our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our business intelligence and decision-making processes. You will work closely with our developers and game designers to build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, databases, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

  •  Collaborate with game developers and designers to understand their data requirements and provide data-driven solutions that enhance gameplay, player experience, and game monetization.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and visualize data.
  • Design stable, reliable and effective databases
  • Troubleshoot database performance issues, optimize queries, and improve overall system efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to gather, process, and transform data from various sources.
Qualifications

  • Hands on experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Experience working with RDBMS specially PostgreSQL
  • Proficiency in ETL processes and data integration techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex data-related challenges.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with developers and game designers.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of game analytics tools, such as Game Analytics or similar platforms, and A/B testing to optimize user engagement and retention.
  • Familiar with analytics and interactive visualization applications (Grafana, Metabase)
  • Familiar with programming languages like Python, Java, etc.
  • Familiarity with statistical concepts.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology and experience in aligning game development goals with organizational goals using OKRs.
