Karizma Game Studio is a leading mobile game development company, driven by a passion for creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences. As our studio continues to grow, we are searching for an experienced Scrum Master to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. As our Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Agile development process. You will be a coach and facilitator, guiding our development teams in adopting and adhering to agile principles.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and guide Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) for multiple Scrum teams.
Ensure all team members understand and adhere to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment within and between Scrum teams.
Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage the product backlog, ensure it is prioritized and refined
Collaborate with the Product Manager to define acceptance criteria for user stories.
Track team velocity and metrics to measure project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Champion continuous improvement by facilitating team retrospectives and implementing action items.
Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices and Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in the mobile games industry (or similar fast-paced environment)
Strong understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Kanban methodologies.
Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage conflict within a team setting.
Proven ability to remove impediments and unblock teams.
Experience in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Experience working in a fast-paced and iterative development environment.
Passion for mobile games and the gaming industry.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with mobile game development lifecycles.
Experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum (e.g., Kanban, XP).
Agile coaching certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM).
