شرح موقعیت شغلی

What You Will Do:
.

  • Be passionate about user experience and designing/building elegant, useful products.
  • Have excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a love for technology.
Requirements:


  • Experience as a UX Designer working on a team delivering web applications (not just websites!).
  • Demonstrated ability to identify user pain points and design gaps as well as organize and execute an effective UX approach to solve it.
  • Ability to design intuitive user experiences other team members can readily turn into products through excellent documentation and proven design principles.
  • Drive UI consistency and coherency across the application.
  • Direct experience with Agile/Scrum software development practices.
  • Create, evaluate, and modify low-to-high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to support the development process.
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, etc.
  • Experience with custom web apps built using modern front-end techniques (e.g., Single Page Applications, Responsive Designs, etc.).
  • Independently assess system performance against stated requirements.
  • Experience developing and incorporating personas in the design process.
  • Experience identifying and analyzing user journeys.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Preferred/Nice-to-have Skills & Experience:


  • Creative & visual design skills.
  • Organize and perform research and testing (e.g., usability testing, heuristic evaluations, competitive evaluations).
  • User task and workflow analysis skills.
  • Direct experience in the environmental services / natural resource management arena.
