Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with at least three years of production experience, capable of delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to work across both frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end web applications across both frontend and backend.
Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.
Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, including unit and integration tests.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, and design patterns.
Proven ability to work across both frontend and backend technologies.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of web security best practices (e.g., OWASP).
Experience with CI/CD and modern deployment practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
Understanding of microservices or serverless architectures.
Experience with real-time technologies such as WebSockets.
Exposure to DevOps and observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing).
Previous experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies (not required).
