Job Title
Full-Stack Web3 Engineer (Next.js + Solana/Rust)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js (TypeScript, React)
- Design and implement Solana programs in Rust (preferably with Anchor)
- Integrate blockchain logic with the frontend (wallet adapters, transactions, on-chain data)
- Build and configure wallet integration (Phantom, Solflare, Ledger) with multi-network support (mainnet/devnet/localnet)
- Implement token operations (SPL/Token-2022), PDAs, and CPI safely
- Write automated tests (unit, integration, on-chain validator tests)
- Ensure security of smart contracts and frontend wallet interactions
- Deploy via CI/CD pipelines and monitor logs, metrics, and alerts
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Rust and Solana development (Anchor or native)
- Familiarity with Solana wallet adapters and RPC providers (Helius, QuickNode, etc.)
- Understanding of Web3 concepts: transactions, confirmation levels, nonces, authority management
- Proficiency with Git, code review, and testing best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with Metaplex, Token-2022 extensions, compression, Geyser/webhooks
- Knowledge of performance optimization in Next.js (SSR, ISR, bundle size)
- Familiarity with Solana security practices (CPI restrictions, PDA collision risks, replay protection)
