At peta proc, we are exploring the future of intelligent digital companions — building AI agents and AI twins that can think, act, and evolve in real-world environments.

Requirements

Agent orchestration & tool use: multi-step reasoning (ReAct/ToT), tool calling with schemas, retries/fallbacks, deterministic flows.
Prompt engineering & conversation design: hierarchies, error-handling prompts, style guides, structured outputs.
RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector DBs (Qdrant/FAISS), hybrid retrieval, context compression.
Memory & personalization: long-term schemas, retrieval policies, TTL/forgetting strategies.
Evaluation & quality: metrics (faithfulness, relevance), regression suites, golden flows, A/B testing.
Safety & guardrails: filtering, jailbreak defenses, validation, sandboxed calls.
LLM MLOps & observability: experiment tracking, cost/latency dashboards, rollback playbooks.
Optimization: routing (small/large models), caching, batching, quantization.
Data & storage: schema design, SQL/NoSQL, indexing/tuning.
(Optional) Multilingual (EN/FA), Multimodal (OCR, table extraction, image captioning).

What we’re looking for:

Proven production experience with shipped AI agent projects.
Strong portfolio: live demos, repos, case studies.
Ability to describe your toughest agent problem and how you solved it.
Bonus: experience with multi-tenant systems, policy-based tool authorization, cost control.
