We at Jobotalent that is the first Education Outsourcing Organization with high level of innovation, professionalism and dynamism, are seeking motivated and seasoned English language teachers who are willing to contribute to our success story. General English language courses(Kids/Adults).

Main Responsibilities:
Working at Jobotalent includes many different responsibilities to make our plans run effectively. Much like a big family, we all pitch in to make this a great place to work and learn. Therefore, this description is not intended to be all-inclusive as much as it is to help define what some of the major responsibilities will be:

Define enduring concepts and knowledge and measurable outcomes for each curriculum area
Provide instructional strategies that identify student learning objectives for each lesson and actively incorporate learning strategy modeling and instruction in every lesson
Plan carefully and deliver lessons in learning environments that are clearly and firmly defined by language of instruction and that incorporate diverse perspectives.
Be punctual with any and all documents requested of you (progress reports and lesson plan, etc.)
Support the evaluation plan across all academic areas including formative and summative evaluation to assure maximum student progress
Extend classroom learning to well designed daily homework which is actively applied to the classroom learning the following day
Be well-prepared each session

Main Requirements:
Excellent language skills (Speaking English as good as a native speaker)
Proven Experience: At least 1 year
Holding a TTC certificate (applicants with no ELT experience or training background may be advised to take part in the TTC.)
Patience and positive attitude to be sure that every student has an academically rich experience and fully develops their cognitive and language abilities.
Knowledge of working on second language acquisition, bilingual and dual-language
Possessing a professional attitude and team work spirit
Being happy to commit to up to eight hours of teaching per day
