شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Strategy Team at Jibit. As a Strategy Team Member, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to develop and execute strategic initiatives, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives and long-term business plans.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Assist in the formulation of business strategies, including market entry strategies, product development, and expansion plans.
  5. Conduct financial analysis and evaluate the financial feasibility of strategic initiatives.
  6. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of strategic initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and adjustment.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic planning processes.
  9. Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Strategy Team and the organization as a whole.
Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  2. Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  4. Excellent research and data analysis capabilities, with proficiency in market research tools and methodologies.
  5. Solid understanding of financial concepts and the ability to analyze financial data.
  6. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  9. Familiarity with the technology and fintech industry is a plus.
