We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team at Jibit. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media presence to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and monitoring campaign performance to achieve our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads.
Manage and maintain Jibit's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create and curate engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop innovative social media campaigns.
Engage with our social media audience, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a positive brand image.
Implement social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget management.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends, and apply them to enhance our social media strategies.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent knowledge of social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive social media content.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to grow and engage social media audiences, and experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance.
Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques to enhance social media content visibility.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple social media platforms and projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
