شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Jibit. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will have the opportunity to contribute your fresh ideas and creativity to enhance our visual communication across various platforms.


Responsibilities:


  1. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  2. Create visually appealing and effective graphic designs for a variety of purposes, including marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and website assets.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all design projects.
  4. Assist in creating and editing visual content, such as images, illustrations, icons, and infographics.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that design materials effectively communicate key messages and align with campaign strategies.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design projects and address any feedback or revisions required.
  8. Support the production and preparation of print and digital design files, including preparing files for print and optimizing graphics for web use.
  9. Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
  2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of other design tools and software is a plus.
  3. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects.
  4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  5. Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  8. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet project deadlines.
