شرح موقعیت شغلی

 The Associate Product Manager is responsible for supporting the product management team in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and help bring new products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Analyze product performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in developing and executing product strategies that align with company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure products meet customer needs and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Support the product management team in creating product roadmaps and feature prioritization
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product strategy and development
  • Assist in conducting user testing and gathering feedback to inform product decisions
  • Help to define and communicate product positioning and messaging to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in creating product documentation and training materials for internal teams and external customers
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred
  • Knowledge of product management tools and software preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for technology and innovation
