شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Overview: The TechOps Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the technical infrastructure of a fintech organization. This includes overseeing the deployment and maintenance of software Systems, ensuring the availability of critical applications, and identifying and addressing technical issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective delivery of technology services
  • Collaborate with banks and providers
  • Conduct regular technology assessments and make recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Partner closely with our product, Technical and Financial team to deliver issues
  • Analyzing the existing monitoring and alerting mechanism to identify gaps and improvement opportunities in the processing environment
  • Document Issues and Process 
  • Inform top merchants of production issues and planned maintenance activities
  • Provide and review daily, weekly, and quarterly platform metrics
  • Provide on-call support, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a technology operations role, preferably in a fintech organization
  • Technical knowledge and experience with infrastructure technologies
  • Tools development to help improve teams efficiency, early detect and escalate LIVE issues : Scripting (Java, Python, sql)
  • Experience with deploying and managing large-scale software systems, such as CRM, ERP, or financial systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
