Job Description:

  • Comprehensive management and technical support for user systems and office machines
  • Comprehensive management and technical support for the internal network and external communications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals and teams

  • Documentation and reporting

Skills:

  • Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting HP servers
  • Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco switches
  • Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Mikrotik routers
  • Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting NAS storage
  • Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting devices related to CCTV cameras
  • Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
  • Proficient in concepts, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of services such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and file sharing
  • Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange email service
  • Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Veeam Backup service
  • Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Issabel contact center service
  • Familiar with configuring and troubleshooting InfluxDB and PostgreSQL databases
