شرح موقعیت شغلی


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to gather and analyze business data, market trends, and competitive landscape information. Synthesize findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Report Generation: Produce high-quality, detailed reports that clearly communicate analysis results, progress metrics, and strategic recommendations. Ensure reports are timely and tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Data Interpretation: Utilize relevant AI tools and data analysis software to collect, interpret, and present data effectively, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with various teams to define and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into actionable insights for project development.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. Propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs, present findings, and gain buy-in for proposed changes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on research, analysis, and report generation.
  • Exceptional research skills, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and effective communication.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and data analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python) for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a commitment to producing accurate and detail-oriented reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment where the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Background in fintech or financial services is a plus.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex information and data sets to derive meaningful insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present findings persuasively.
