Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Manager to oversee the entire product life cycle. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences in cross-border payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech and a proven track record of managing complex projects within an agile environment
responsibilities
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure successful execution and delivery of product features.
Product Vision & Roadmap collaboration: Cooperate in the development of the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Product Requirements and Prioritization: Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, gather and refine requirements, prioritize features based on business value, and ensure development teams understand and execute these requirement.
Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers to translate customer needs and the product roadmap into intuitive and effective design solutions.
Agile Product Management: Lead scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives, driving efficient development and continuous product improvement.
Quality Assurance Ownership: Oversee the QA process, ensuring all product features meet high standards of functionality and user experience before release.
User Research & Feedback: Engage with users to gather feedback and insights, continuously improving the product through data-driven decision.
Monitoring Key Metrics: Track and analyze key product metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions for product improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about product progress, timelines, and key metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in product management.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Deep Understanding of product manager role Across Product Life Cycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of payment and financial services, and financial industry regulations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
