شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Accounting Specialist will assist the accounting team in daily financial activities, including preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and recording transactions. They will gain valuable experience in accounting and finance, and will support the team in maintaining accurate financial records.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Record financial transactions in accounting software and ensure accuracy
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing and payment processing
  • Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Assist in preparing audit and tax schedules as required
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes

Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices preferred
  • Experience with financial analysis and reporting preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate should have:


  • Some familiarity with e-commerce and fintech accounting
  • Sufficient proficiency in document issuance
  • Preparation of bank discrepancy statements
  • Relative familiarity with value-added tax, seasonal buying and selling, and Modian system
  • Registration and reporting of requisitions
