About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for a range of digital and print platforms, working closely with the marketing team to support our branding and promotional efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and experience in fintech is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Create print materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and packaging that align with marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop consistent and impactful branding and promotional materials.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Adapt designs based on feedback and ensure all work complies with brand guidelines.
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print projects.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Experience in branding, advertising, and promotional design.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing is an advantage.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
Experience with web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is desirable.
