شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Product Manager with fintech experience, you will be responsible for leading and driving the strategic direction, execution and growth management of the payment or transfer products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to develop and implement product strategies, launch new products, and ensure ongoing product success. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, B2B payments, market trends, customer needs, and industry regulations, and leverage that knowledge to drive product innovation, achieve business objectives, and deliver value to customers.



Responsibilities:




  •  Lead and own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management, aligning them with overall company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and product gaps. Analyze, track comprehend user and customer behavior.
  • Creating and implementing efficient solutions across platforms to optimize the customer journey and experience. Translating business requirements and customer research into detailed definitions, documentation, and functional design concepts.
  • Define, implement, monitor and analyze product performance metrics, conduct data-driven analysis, and provide insights to drive product improvements, optimize product performance, and achieve business objectives. As ever-changing B2B Fintech is, reevaluation of the metrics is a must.
  • Collaborate with business development and sales teams to identify new business opportunities, contribute to sales enablement efforts, and support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and requirements to cross-functional teams, ensuring successful product launches and ongoing product performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to develop and launch innovative fintech products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and gather feedback to validate product concepts, inform product decisions, and prioritize product backlog.
  • Provide product training and support to internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support teams, to enable effective product positioning and customer engagement.
  • Drive pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for fintech products, working closely with management and sales team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the fintech space, and provide thought leadership to drive product innovation and stay ahead of the market.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior product team members, as needed.
Qualifications:





  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or banking industry, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing fintech products.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of fintech concepts, technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience in product strategy development, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research, data analysis, and customer insights to drive product decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate product strategies and requirements to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies and tools.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving product performance and achieving business goals.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Passion for fintech, innovation, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
