Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and optimization of our remittance platform. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, and delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define release plans.
Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer interviews to identify market trends, user needs, and opportunities for innovation.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with stakeholders and development teams.
Work closely with engineering teams to drive the development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization of technical tasks.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead product launches, including coordinating with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and collateral.
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, escalations, and support issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in fintech, remittance, and payments to inform product decisions and strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing products in the fintech or payments industry.
Deep understanding of remittance, payments, and financial services, with knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and security requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments, with proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
