Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and drive the design of our remittance platform's user experience. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and optimize the user journey. You will play a key role in shaping the overall design strategy, conducting user research, prototyping, and iterating based on user feedback to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and UX/UI.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of design in the product development process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.
