Job Description

At Jibimo, we pride ourselves on continuous evolution in Fintech industry. Our services are focused on B2B market chiefly brokerages and exchanges. We’re searching for a highly-skilled product owner to contribute to Jibimo’s growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative authority.

Objectives of this Role

Active communication with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
Take lead of scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project
Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams
Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
Lead the product-release plans and set timelines for delivery of new functionalities

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
3+ years experience in product development
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
Understanding of business value around feature/functions
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs

Preferred Qualifications

Working experience in FINTECH industry
Proficiency with applicable work management technology and tools
Being proactive and patient to learn new things
