شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Growth Product Manager in Jabama, you will be instrumental in enhancing our user experience across the entire funnel - from acquisition and activation to engagement and retention. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and collaborative skills to drive growth and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and execute innovative strategies for each stage of the user funnel.
  • Continuously assess and optimize these strategies based on performance data and market trends.
  • Utilize analytics to gain insights into user behavior and funnel performance.
  • Make data-driven decisions to refine and improve user journey and engagement.
  • Work closely with teams across engineering, marketing, design, and commercial to align strategies and actions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure successful strategy implementation.
  • Oversee and optimize various marketing channels for user acquisition.
  • Utilize tools like ECRM for targeted and effective user communication, enhancing engagement and retention.
  • Develop and manage incentive schemes to boost user activation and retention.
  • Implement advanced segmentation techniques to deliver personalized user experiences.
Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on user funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, user engagement, and retention strategies.
