شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified German language teacher to join our language institute located around Vanak, Tehran. As a language teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering effective German language instruction to students of various ages and backgrounds. This position offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling, allowing you to share your language expertise while accommodating your own schedule.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct German language classes for students of different proficiency levels, focusing on all language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
  2. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes cultural understanding and appreciation.
  3. Assess students' progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.
  4. Encourage student involvement in cultural events and activities related to the German language and culture.
  5. Collaborate with fellow language teachers and academic staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive language education program.
  6. Stay updated with current language teaching methodologies, pedagogical practices, and relevant educational resources.
  7. Maintain open communication with students and their parents, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  8. Provide occasional support during school events or activities related to the German language and culture.
Requirements:

  1. Native or near-native proficiency in the German language is essential.
  2. Previous experience in teaching German as a foreign language or relevant language instruction is preferred.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
  4. Knowledge of German educational standards and curriculum is advantageous.
  5. Flexibility and adaptability to cater to diverse learning styles and student needs.
  6. Passion for language teaching and a genuine interest in promoting the German language and culture.
  7. Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to a flexible part-time schedule.
Nice to Have:

  1. Proficiency in English is desirable to facilitate communication with students and colleagues.
Location and Working Hours:
The teaching position is on-site at our language institute located around Vanak Sq, Tehran. As a part-time/hourly position, the working hours will be determined based on class schedules and the availability of the successful candidate.
