Job Title: Senior BI Developer

Location: Yousefabad, Tehran
Working Days: Saturday to Wednesday, on-site
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

As a Senior BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that empower our decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights, driving improvements across our digital health platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and data models to meet business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
Analyze complex data sets, create insightful reports, and present key findings to the leadership team.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI tools and platforms.
Monitor and improve existing BI solutions to enhance performance and usability.
Lead and mentor junior BI developers and analysts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in BI development, data analytics, or a similar role.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Advanced SQL skills for querying and optimizing large datasets.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
