Job Title: Product Director
Location: Tehran, Iran (On-site)
Salary Range: Monthly compensation between 200 to 250 million Iranian Toman
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful product delivery.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product development from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
Metrics-Driven Approach: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Requirements:
Technical Background: Strong understanding of technology and software development processes.
People Management: Proven experience leading and motivating high-performing teams.
Strategic Vision: Ability to think long-term and drive product innovation.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Results-Oriented: Track record of delivering successful products on time and within budget.
